Shipping and Delivery
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, a signature from someone 21 or older is required upon delivery for all wine shipments. This helps to ensure your order arrives safely and in compliance with alcohol shipping laws. If you won’t be home during delivery hours, you’ll have the option at checkout to ship to a local retail location for convenient pickup.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Because wine requires an adult signature upon delivery, it can only be shipped to physical addresses at this time. Private carriers like UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Thank you for understanding.

How can I check my order status?
Be sure to include your email at checkout – you will receive updates with your order confirmation, shipping info, and tracking details as soon as they’re available.
Can I cancel my order?
Because orders start processing right away, they cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Thank you for understanding.
Can I return my order?
Returns cannot be accepted at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Can I purchase or pre-order an item that is out of stock?
Orders cannot be placed for items that are out of stock. Consider signing up for emails, as the newsletter will share updates about restocks and new product flows.
Are there limits to how many items I can buy?
To help make sure there’s enough to go around, purchases are limited to 12 bottles per order.
I need to add an extra item to my order. Can you update this for me?

I received the wrong item, what can I do?

The item I purchased arrived damaged. What can I do?
If your item was damaged in transit, please send a few photos of the item and packaging to Info@AsEver.com, along with your order number. The team will take a look and help sort it out from there.

Does your store offer gift cards?
Gift cards are not offered at the moment.
Will the pricing, discount, or payment information be displayed on the package sent to the recipient?
No, pricing will not be displayed on or inside the package. The packing slip inside the box will include order information, including the billing and shipping names and addresses.
Can I include a gift message on my order?

Can I send my order as a gift to a different recipient?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout, and the order will be sent directly to them.
